Solve : In need of Internet DoD certificate help.?

Hello, I made the mistake of deleting my internet certificates that allow me to access government websites. I didn't have them SAVED or anything and my CAC card just will not place them like it did the first time I used it. I use WINDOWS 10 and internet explorer 11. Myself, I would boot up from another device** or partition an TRY to rover the file from a different instance of the Windows system. But you may not have to do this.
